金華火腿冬瓜羹 Jinhua Ham White Gourd Soup

材料

金華火腿 35克 (切粒)

冬菇 2隻 (切粒)

蝦 約50克 (切粒)

瘦肉 80克 (切粒)

冬瓜 400克 (切粒)

蛋白 2隻

清水 800毫升

生粉 2湯匙

調味料 (瘦肉、蝦肉、冬菇)

生抽 1茶匙

砂糖 2茶匙

胡椒粉 適量

油 1茶匙

做法
  1. 先將蝦肉用生粉搓一下後沖洗乾浄然後切粒備用

  2. 把金華火腿、冬菇、瘦肉和冬瓜切粒

  3. 將調味料放入蝦肉、瘦肉和冬菇拌勻醃30分鐘

  4. 水滾後先放入金華火腿煮10分鐘,之後放入醃好的配料,滾起後用中火煲30分鐘,放入冬瓜粒再煲20分鐘,最後加入蛋白,熄火完成

35g Jinhua Ham (Grain)

2 Dried Shiitake (Grain)

50g Shrimp (Grain)

80g Lean meat (Grain)

400g White Gourd (Grain)

2 Egg White

800ml Water

2 tbsp Corn Starch

Seasoning (Lean Meat, Shrimp, Dried Shiitake)

1 tsp Soy Sauce

2 tsp Sugar

Pinch Pepper

1 tsp Oil

Steps
  1. Rinse the shrimp with corn starch and rinse it before cutting

  2. Cut Jinhua ham, dried shiitake, lean meat and white gourd

  3. Add the seasoning in shrimp, lean meat and mushrooms for 30 minutes

  4. After the water is boiled, put Jinhua ham into it for 10 minutes, then add the marinated ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes with medium heat, add the white gourd granular for another 20 minutes, and finally add the egg white and extinguish the flame
