蝦米辣椒醬炒腸粉 Stir-fried Rice Rolls with Dried Shrimp & Chili Sauce

材料

腸粉 4條

芽菜 適量

雞蛋 1隻(切絲)

蔥段 1條

芝麻 適量

調味料

蝦米辣椒醬 2湯匙

老抽 1/2湯匙

砂糖 1/2茶匙

油 3湯匙

做法
  1. 起鑊落1湯匙油將雞蛋煎熟後切絲備用

  2. 之後再放2湯匙油,加入腸粉後小心炒至軟身

  3. 然後先落老抽炒勻,待腸粉上色後可放砂糖和蝦米辣椒醬再炒

  4. 之後分別放入芽菜、蛋絲和蔥段,炒勻後便可上碟

  5. 最後放少量芝麻便成

4 Rice Roll

Some Sprouts

1 Egg (Shredded)

1 Shallot

Some Sesame

Seasoning

2 tbsp Dried Shrimp Chili Sauce

1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

1/2 tbsp Sugar

3 tbsp Oil

Steps
  1. Add 1 tbsp of oil to fry the eggs and shred them for later use

  2. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil, add rice rolls and fry carefully until softened

  3. Then add dark soy sauce and stir-fry. After the rice rolls are colored, you can add sugar and dried shrimp chili sauce

  4. Then add the sprouts, shredded eggs and shallot, stir well and serve

  5. Add some sesame
