材料

黑芝麻 90克

清水 600毫升

冰糖 60克

腰果 20克

米 20克

做法
  1. 先將黑芝麻和米用清水洗乾淨,再用過濾網隔開清水

  2. 然後將黑芝麻和腰果連同300毫升清水放入攪拌機攪碎

  3. 將芝麻漿倒入煲,再混合餘下的300毫升清水,用中火煮至滾起,放入冰糖煮溶,完成

Steps
  1. Wash the black sesame seeds and rice with water first, and then separate the water with a filter

  2. Then mix black sesame and cashew nuts with 300 ml of water into a blender and blend

  3. Pour the sesame mixture into the pot, mix with the remaining 300 ml of water, and cook with medium heat until it is boiled
