法式高湯

材料

雞肉 600克

甘筍 2條

洋蔥 1個

西芹 半棵

番茄 3個

蛋白 3隻

雞湯 750毫升

做法
  1. 先將雞肉,甘筍,洋蔥,西芹番茄洗淨切成小塊

  2. 將以上小塊放入攪拌機搞碎,再倒入蛋白搞勻

  3. 將雞湯及所有材料滾起後,改用慢火煮約1小時,便成


Ingredients

600g Chicken

2 Carrots

1 Onion

Half bunch Celery

3 Tomatoes

3 Egg Whites

750 ml Chicken broth

Steps
  1. Wash and chop chicken, carrot, onion, celery and tomatoes to pieces

  2. Blend all the chopped ingredients well in a blender, then mix well with egg whites

  3. Bring all the blended ingredients and chicken broth to boil, change to small heat and cook for 1 hour. Ready to serve
