番茄免治牛肉蛋飯 Tomato Minced Beef Egg Rice

材料

番茄 80克

洋蔥粒 80克

蒜蓉 1湯匙

免治牛肉 150克

雞蛋 1隻

水 2湯匙

油 1湯匙

調味料

生抽 1茶匙

蠔油 1茶匙

糖 1½茶匙

茄汁 1湯匙

做法
  1. 將糖,蠔油,生抽,茄汁,2湯匙水加入牛肉醃30分鐘

  2. 煎一隻太陽蛋,備用

  3. 起鑊,下油,先炒香蒜蓉,再把洋蔥炒熟,最後加入番茄略炒

  4. 再放免治牛肉,炒熟,炒勻上碟

  5. 把太陽蛋放面便成


Ingredients

80g Tomato

80g Onion Grain

1 tbsp Garlic

150g Minced Beef

1 Egg

2 tbsp Water

1 tbsp Oil

Seasoning

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Oyster Sauce

1½ tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Steps
  1. Add sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water to the minced beef for 30 minutes

  2. Fry a sun side-up for spare use

  3. Heat the pan and add oil, first fry the garlic, then fry the onion, and finally add the tomato to stir fry

  4. Add minced beef, stir fry

  5. Put the sunny side-up on the surface
