素。布朗尼 Vegan Brownies

材料

香蕉(去皮計) 150克

砂糖 120克

泡打粉 1克

可可粉 30克

橄欖油 40克

低筋麵粉 90克

新鮮菠蘿(切粒) 50克

核桃 40克

做法
  1. 先把香蕉、砂糖、泡打粉、可可粉和橄欖油放入大碗中

  2. 然後用手提攪拌棒拌勻

  3. 拌勻後加入低筋麵粉,再用刮刀拌勻

  4. 最後放入菠蘿、核桃拌勻

  5. 倒入焗盤,預先用15分鐘將焗爐預熱至170℃,之後放入焗25分鐘,完成


Ingredients

150g Banana (removed skin)

120g Sugar

1g Baking Powder

30g Coco Powder

40g Olive Oil

90g Low Gluten Flour

50g Fresh Pineapple (diced)

40g Walnut

Steps
  1. Put banana, sugar, baking powder, coco powder and olive oil into a mixing bowl

  2. Use the hand blender to mix them together

  3. Pour in low gluten flour, use a spatula to stir well

  4. Finally add in pineapple and walnut, mix well

  5. Transfer mixture on a baking tray. Preheat oven for 15 minutes to 170°C and bake for 25 minutes. Ready to serve
