香蕉糕 Banana Cake

材料

糯米粉 150克

粘米粉 70克

糖 80克

香蕉 2條

暖水 330毫升

糕粉 50克(已炒熟之糯米粉)

做法
  1. 將粘米粉糯米粉香蕉砂糖混合

  2. 將暖水分兩次加入槎匀

  3. 放下盤中滾水蒸20分鐘,取出後搓勻,用保鮮紙包起,待暖

  4. 白鑊放糯米粉炒熟,約需15分鐘

  5. 在香蕉糕上灑上適量炒熟了的糯米粉,可避免過份黏手

  6. 將香蕉糕後做成長圓形,切成2吋長便成


Ingredients

150g Glutinous Rice Flour

70g Rice Flour

80g Sugar

2 Banana

330ml Warm Water

50g Fried Glutinous Rice Flour

Steps
  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, banana and sugar

  2. Add warm water twice and mix well

  3. Put down the steamed water in the pan for 20 minutes, remove it, knead it, wrap it in wrap, and keep it warm

  4. Fry glutinous rice flour about 15 minutes

  5. Sprinkle the right amount of fried glutinous rice flour on the banana cake to avoid excessive sticky

  6. Make the banana cake grow round and cut into 2 inches long
