西班牙海鮮湯 Spanish Seafood Soup

材料

海蝦 8隻

鱈魚 3塊

蜆 300克

蒜 2瓣(切碎)

洋葱 1/4個

紫洋蔥 1/4個

番茄 1個

茄膏 2湯匙

海鹽 1茶匙

黑胡椒 1茶匙

橄欖油 1湯匙

白酒 120毫升

水 400毫升

羅勒 適量

做法
  1. 開火,落油,炒香蒜蓉,洋蔥,紫洋蔥

  2. 落蝦,鱈魚,炒至變色,再落白酒,海鹽,番茄,水,茄膏,冚蓋煮约12分鐘

  3. 再放蜆,羅勒煮约8分鐘,最後放黑胡椒,便成


Ingredients

8 pc Shrimps

3 pc Codfish

300g Clams

2 cloves Garlic (chopped)

1/4 Onion

1/4 Purple Onion

1 Tomato

2 tbsp Tomato Paste

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Olive Oil

120 ml White Wine

400 ml Water

Pinch Basil

Steps
  1. Heat a pot with oil, stir-fry the chopped garlic, onion and purple onion until brown

  2. Add shrimps and codfish into the pot until color changes. Then add white wine, sea salt, tomato, water and tomato paste in. Cover the lid and cook for 12 minutes

  3. Add clams and basil, cook for another 8 minutes. Finally season with black pepper to taste, ready to serve
