藜麥糙米吞拿魚飯團 Tuna Quinoa Brown Rice Ball

材料

藜麥 10克

糙米 70克

白米 70克

水 200毫升

新鮮菇 50克

吞拿魚 100克

鹽 1/2茶匙

油 1湯匙

醬油 1湯匙

做法
  1. 先用清水浸藜麥15分鐘

  2. 將新鮮菇切粒

  3. 洗乾淨糙米, 白米, 混合藜麥, 鲜菇碎,加1/2茶匙鹽,一起煲好

  4. 將飯取出與吞拿魚碎混合

  5. 搓成飯團形狀,用平面鑊,放油起鑊,將醬油塗於飯團兩面,煎至金黃色便可

200 ml Water

50g Fresh Mushrooms

100g Tuna Fish

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Steps
  1. First soak the quinoa with water for 15 minutes

  2. Cut the fresh mushrooms into small pieces

  3. Wash the brown rice, white rice, quinoa and mushrooms. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and cook well

  4. Take the rice out and mix it with the tuna

  5. Make it In the shape of a rice ball. Add oil to the frying pan, put the rice ball to the pan. Apply the soy sauce on both sides of the rice ball, and pan-fry it until golden brown
