蕃茄肉碎湯飯 Tomato and Minced Meat Rice in Soup

材料 (2人份量)

蕃茄 2個

肉碎 150克

薯仔 半個

芫荽 1棵

水 600毫升

白飯 1½碗

醃料

鹽 1/2茶匙

砂糖 1茶匙

生粉 1茶匙

油 1茶匙

水 1湯匙

做法
  1. 先將鹽、砂糖、生粉和油加入肉碎撈勻,再加入1湯匙水撈勻備用

  2. 將番茄、薯仔、芫荽切粒

  3. 將600毫升水放入煲內煮滾,先放肉碎,煮至變色,再放薯仔煮2分鐘,再放蕃茄煮3分鐘,再放入白飯煮1分鐘

  4. 最後放上芫荽便成

2 pcs Tomato

150g Minced Meat

Half Potato

1 Cilantro

600 ml Water

1½ bowl White Rice

Marinade

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Raw Powder

1 tsp Oil

1 tbsp Water

Steps
  1. Add the salt, sugar, raw powder and oil to the minced meat, then add 1 tablespoon of water and mix

  2. Cut tomatoes, potatoes, and shallots

  3. Put 600 ml of water into the cooker and boil it. First, put the meat and cook until it is well done, then put the potatoes for 2 minutes, then put the tomatoes for 3 minutes, then add the rice to cook for 1 more minute.

  4. Finally put cilantro into the soup
