蕃茄煙肉粟米芝士蛋批 Tomato, bacon, corn kernels and cheese egg tarts

材料

蛋 4隻

鹽 少量

鮮奶 100毫升

粟米 4湯匙

芝士碎 少量

煙肉碎 3湯匙

蕃茄粒 半碗

橄欖油 2湯匙

做法
  1. 先落油炒香粟米粒,煙肉碎

  2. 再將蛋打勻,加粟米,芝士,煙肉,鮮奶,鹽,溝勻

  3. 將油掃上焗盆上,後放進蛋漿,最後放番茄粒

  4. 預熱焗爐160度,焗20分,即可


Ingredients

4 Eggs

Pinch Salt

100 ml Milk

4 tbsp Corn Kernels

Pinch Shredded Cheese

3 tbsp Chopped Bacon

1/2 bowl Diced Tomato

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Steps
  1. Pan-fry the corn kernels and chopped bacon with oil

  2. Beat the eggs evenly, then mix well together with corn kernels, shredded cheese, bacon, milk & salt

  3. Pour the oil into the baking tin evenly then pour the mixture with diced tomato

  4. Preheat the oven to 160°C, then bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately
