菠蘿海鮮炒飯 Pineapple Seafood Fried Rice

材料

飯 10兩

蛋 2隻

青椒粒 2兩

甘筍粒 2兩

黃姜粉 少許

菠蘿 1個

海鮮 隨個人喜好

做法
  1. 先把菠蘿挑清 備用

  2. 把菠蘿甘筍青椒切粒備用

  3. 煲水把甘筍粒預先馺熟

  4. 再煲水打海鮮預先馺熟 備用

  5. 起鑊落油先落少許蛋再落飯再落蛋把返炒熱 加入黃姜粉炒勻

  6. 再把青椒粒甘筍粒加入略炒

  7. 再加入海鮮及菠蘿略炒 調味

  8. 再放入先前預備好的菠蘿即成


Ingredients

10 tael Rice

2 Egg

2 tael Green Pepper Dice

2 tael Carrot Dice

Pinch Turmeric Powder

1 Pineapple

Pinch Seafood

Steps
  1. Hollow out a pineapple half first

  2. Cut and dice the pineapple, green pepper and carrot

  3. Boil the carrot dices

  4. Cook the seafood

  5. Add oil to frying pan, then add and fry the egg and the rice. Add the turmeric powder and stir well

  6. Add the green pepper and the carrot and slightly stir-fry

  7. Add seafood and pineapple and slightly stir-fry. Add seasoning

  8. Put everything into the previously prepared pineapple half
