紅豆沙 Red Bean Paste

材料

紅豆 80克

水 1000毫升

陳皮 1角

冰糖 70克

粟米粉芡

粟米粉 1湯匙

清水 2湯匙

做法
  1. 先將紅豆浸清水2小時,最好放入雪櫃浸泡 (這樣可以令紅豆更快腍)

  2. 先將1000毫升清水倒入煲中,之後把浸好的紅豆隔水連同陳皮倒入煲中,開蓋用中火滾至開花(約90分鐘),之後可落冰糖煮至溶

  3. 然後可加入粟米粉芡,煮至稠便成

Pinch Tangerine Peel

70g Rock Sugar

Corn Flour Mixture

1 tbsp Corn Flour

2 tbsp Water

Steps
  1. Soak the red beans in water for 2 hours, preferably put in a refrigerator (so that the red beans will soften faster)

  2. Pour 1000 ml of water into the pot, then pour the red bean and the tangerine peel into the pot. Boil with a medium heat for about 90 minutes. Then, add the rock sugar until dissolved

  3. Then add corn flour mixture and cook until thick
