甘筍節瓜冬菇肉粒湯飯 Carrot, Hairy Gourd, Dried Mushroom and Diced Meat Rice in Soup

材料 (2人份量)

甘筍 120克

節瓜 120克

鮮冬菇 3粒

瘦肉 150克

葱粒 適量

水 600毫升

白飯 1½碗

瘦肉醃料

鹽 1/2茶匙

砂糖 1/2茶匙

生粉 1茶匙

油 1茶匙

水 1湯匙

做法
  1. 將甘筍、節瓜、鮮冬菇、瘦肉和葱切粒

  2. 將鹽、砂糖、生粉和油加入肉粒撈勻,再加入1湯匙水再撈勻備用

  3. 將600毫升水放入煲內煮滾,先放肉粒、甘荀和鮮冬菇煮8分鐘,再放入節瓜煮3分鐘,再放入白飯煮1分鐘

  4. 最後放上葱粒便成

120g Carrot

120g Loofah

3pcs Dried Mushroom

150g Pork Loin

Pinch Shallots

600 ml Water

1½ bowl White Rice

Marinade For Meat Loin

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Raw Powder

1 tsp Oil

1 tbsp Water

Steps
  1. Cut the carrot, loofah, dried mushrooms, meat loin and shallots

  2. Add salt, sugar, raw powder and oil to the meat and mix it, then add 1 tablespoon of water and mix well

  3. Put 600 ml of water into the bowl and boil, firstly put the meat, carrot and dried mushrooms for 8 minutes, then add the loofah for 3 minutes, then add the rice to cook for 1 more minute

  4. Finally put the shallots as toppings
