牛丼 Japanese Ginger Beef Rice

材料

牛肉片 200克

洋蔥 180克

薑蓉 50克

青葱 少許

醬汁

日本醬油 2湯匙

味醂 2湯匙

日本清酒 2湯匙

糖 1½湯匙

醃料

糖 1/2茶匙

做法
  1. 用砂糖醃牛肉片10分鐘,可令肉質更軟滑

  2. 將洋蔥切條

  3. 將以上醬汁撈勻

  4. 開中火,加1菜匙油,炒洋蔥至軟身,再倒入,薑蓉,醬汁,煮起後放入牛肉片,約煮3分鐘至轉色即可上碟

200g Beef, Thinly Sliced

180g Onion

50g Ginger, Grated

Pinch Scallion

Sauce

2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Miso

2 tbsp Japanese Sake

1½ tbsp Sugar

Marinade

1/2 tsp Sugar

Steps
  1. Marinate the beef slices with sugar for 10 minutes. This can make the meat more tender.

  2. Slice the onion

  3. Mix the above sauce ingredients

  4. Turn on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the onion until soft. Then add the grated ginger and sauce and cook the mixture until it begins to boil. Add the beef slices and sit-fry for about 3 minutes. When the beef is fully cooked, transfer it to a plate
