海底椰蘋果紅棗湯 Sea Coconut Soup with Apple and Red Jujube

材料

海底椰 250克

蘋果 3個

去核紅棗 6粒

水 6碗

鹽 少許

做法
  1. 用熱水把海底椰浸半小時,把海底椰去衣

  2. 把去核紅棗洗淨

  3. 蘋果去皮剖開,去心

  4. 煲滾適量清水,放入材料,慢火煲約兩小時,調味飲用


Ingredients

250g Sea Coconut Soup

3pc Apple

6pc Red Jujube (Removed Seed)

6 cups Water

Pinch Salt

Steps
  1. Soak the sea coconut in hot water for 30 mins, remove the skin

  2. Rinse the red jujube

  3. Peel the apples, cut halves and remove the seeds inside

  4. Bring 6 cups of water to boil, put in all ingredients, boil over slow heat for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve and enjoy
