果仁紫菜飯團 Seaweed and Nuts Onigiri (Japanese Rice Balls)

材料

鹽 1½茶匙

糖 3茶匙

壽司醋 4茶匙

飯 300克

牛油果 1個

雞肉 150克

芝麻醬 4湯匙

腰果 30克

紫菜碎 50克

做法
  1. 把鹽、糖、壽司醋攪勻後,倒進飯裡再作攪拌

  2. 把雞肉、牛油果切粒,淋上芝麻醬並攪拌

  3. 把腰果壓碎

  4. 把適量的飯壓平

  5. 把適量的雞肉和牛油果放在飯的中間

  6. 把飯握成飯團的形狀

  7. 混合紫菜碎和腰果碎

  8. 在飯團表面印上紫菜碎和腰果碎


Ingredients

1½ tsp Salt

3 tsp Sugar

4 tsp Sushi Vinegar

300g Rice

1 pc Avocado

150g Chicken meat

4 tbsp Sesame Sauce

30g Cashew Nuts

50g Nori Seaweed Flakes

Steps
  1. Mix salt, sugar, sushi vinegar well. Then pour into the steamed rice and stir well

  2. Dice the chicken and avocado into small pieces, mix well with sesame sauce

  3. Crush the cashew nuts into small pieces

  4. Spread a thin layer of rice

  5. Put some chicken meat and avocado in the centre of the ric

  6. Rub the rice into a rice ball shape

  7. In another plate, mix the seaweed flakes and cashew nuts pieces together

  8. Roll the rice ball on the plate to get the seaweed and cashew nuts on its surface. Done
