木瓜螺頭無花果煲西施骨

材料

木瓜 1個

螺頭 4個

無花果 6粒

西施骨 600克

做法
  1. 螺頭,無花果用水預先浸半小時

  2. 用凍水放西施骨煲滾後熄火,沖水備用

  3. 木瓜去皮,去核,切成小塊

  4. 再放半煲水,放進以上所有材料,滾起後改用慢火煲2小時便成,可按個人口味略加少許鹽調味

6 Figs

600g Pork shank

Steps
  1. Soak the fig and conch for half an hour

  2. Put the pork shank in a pot of water and bring to boil. Remove from heat, wash and drain them. Set aside

  3. Peel the papaya skin, remove seeds and cut to small pieces

  4. Put all ingredients into a pot with half-full water, bring to boil and then change to small heat, cook for 2 hours. Season to taste
