卡邦尼意粉 Carbonara

材料

鹽 適量

油 適量

意粉 240克

雞蛋 2隻

煙肉 4片

蘑菇 8粒

洋蔥 半個

蒜頭 2瓣

忌廉 60克

牛奶 60克

芝士粉 50克

黑胡椒 適量

做法
  1. 大鍋加水,水滾後落一湯匙鹽,放意粉煮三分鐘,熄火浸二分鐘,撈起瀝乾水份備用

  2. 平底鍋下油,將蒜蓉、洋蔥炒香,再落煙肉、蘑菇炒出香味

  3. 倒入預先混合過的忌廉和牛奶,再加入黑胡椒和鹽

  4. 滾起後,加入瀝乾水份的意粉炒勻,之後落芝士粉

  5. 最後熄火落蛋拌勻,完成

2 Eggs

4 slices Bacon

8 Mushroom

Half Onion

2 Cloves Garlic

60g Whipping Cream

60g Milk

50g Cheese Powder

Pinch Black Pepper

Steps
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, then add 1 tablespoon of salt. Put spaghetti into the water and cook for 3 minutes. Then turn off the stove and leave it for 2 minutes in boiled water. Take the spaghetti out and dry it for later use

  2. Heat the pan with oil, and then add garlic, onion, bacon and mushroom to the pan and fry them

  3. Pour the mixture of whipping cream and milk to the pan. Then, add some black pepper and salt

  4. When the mixture is boiled, add the spaghetti and fry them. Then add some cheese powder.

  5. Turn off the stove. Add the egg and stir evenly. Ready to serve
