南瓜露 Pumpkin Sweet Soup

材料 (2人份量)

南瓜 100克

番薯 30克

新鮮淮山 30克

冰糖 40克

水 600毫升

做法
  1. 先將南瓜、番薯和新鮮淮山洗淨蒸熟

  2. 取出放入攪拌機,加300克水攪成糊狀

  3. 將南瓜漿倒入鍋內,用慢火加熱,邊煮邊搞,最後加入冰糖煮溶即可

100g Pumpkin

30g Sweet Potato

30g Fresh Chinese Yam

40g Rock Sugar

600 ml Water

Steps
  1. Wash and steam the pumpkin, sweet potato and fresh Chinese yam

  2. Place the steamed pumpkin, sweet potato and fresh Chinese yam into a blender, add 300g of water to mix into a paste

  3. Add the pumpkin soup into the pot, bring to a boil with low heat, Stir well, Finally add in rock sugar to cook until it’s fully dissolved
