香煎腐皮卷 Fried Bean Curd Roll

材料
腐皮 1塊
木耳 10克
銀芽 20克
甘筍 80克
韭黃 30克
冬菇 50克
調味料
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1茶匙
胡椒粉 1/8茶匙
油 2湯匙
做法
把木耳,甘筍和冬菇切絲
開鑊下油,把所有材料慢火炒至軟身,取出備用
將腐皮剪成長方形,可用濕毛巾把腐皮按軟,否則會容易在包料時斷裂,包入料,可用豆粉水封口 (1茶匙生粉+3茶匙水)
落鑊煎熱即可

10g Black Fungus
20g Bean Sprouts
80g Carrot
30g Hotbed Chives
50g Dried Shiitake Mushroom
Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Oil
Steps
Shred the black fungus, carrot and dried shiitake mushrooms
Heat the pot with oil, stir all the ingredients to soften body, take out for spare use
Cut the bean curd into a rectangular shape. Use a wet towel to soften the rot. Otherwise, it will be easily broken when the material is wrapped. Wrap the material with water (1 teaspoon raw powder + 3 teaspoons water)
Fry it and serve
