蝦米辣椒醬炒腸粉 Stir-fried Rice Rolls with Dried Shrimp & Chili Sauce

材料
腸粉 4條
芽菜 適量
雞蛋 1隻(切絲)
蔥段 1條
芝麻 適量
調味料
蝦米辣椒醬 2湯匙
老抽 1/2湯匙
砂糖 1/2茶匙
油 3湯匙
做法
起鑊落1湯匙油將雞蛋煎熟後切絲備用
之後再放2湯匙油,加入腸粉後小心炒至軟身
然後先落老抽炒勻,待腸粉上色後可放砂糖和蝦米辣椒醬再炒
之後分別放入芽菜、蛋絲和蔥段,炒勻後便可上碟
最後放少量芝麻便成

4 Rice Roll
Some Sprouts
1 Egg (Shredded)
1 Shallot
Some Sesame
Seasoning
2 tbsp Dried Shrimp Chili Sauce
1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Oil
Steps
Add 1 tbsp of oil to fry the eggs and shred them for later use
Then add 2 tablespoons of oil, add rice rolls and fry carefully until softened
Then add dark soy sauce and stir-fry. After the rice rolls are colored, you can add sugar and dried shrimp chili sauce
Then add the sprouts, shredded eggs and shallot, stir well and serve
Add some sesame
