番茄炒蛋 Stir-fried Tomato Scrambled Eggs

材料
蛋 2隻
糖 2匙
蕃茄 1-2個
蔥段 少許
做法
先把番茄清洗乾淨切角,備用
打蛋,攪勻,備用
起鑊落油,先把蛋炒至6-7成熟,備用
再加少許油,炒香番茄,再加入少許水略煮,調味,落蔥煮至少許竭身,再加入蛋,輕輕拌勻便可

Steps
