紅豆冰 Red Bean Ice

材料
紅豆 80克
清水 1000毫升
陳皮 1角
冰糖 40克
糖水
砂糖 10克
熱水 30毫升
做法
先將紅豆浸清水2小時,最好放入雪櫃浸泡(這樣可以令紅豆更快腍)
將1000毫升清水倒入煲中,之後把浸好的紅豆隔水連同陳皮倒入煲中,開蓋用中火滾至腍,不用開花,之後可落冰糖煮至溶,然後取出紅豆放涼
將砂糖和熱水拌勻然後放涼備用
先把3湯匙紅豆放杯底,加入適量冰塊,再倒入糖水,最後加入花奶倒至8成滿便成

40g Rock Sugar

10g Sugar
30ml Hot Water
Steps
Soak the red beans in water for 2 hours, preferably in a refrigerator (so that the red beans will soften faster)
Pour 1000 ml of water into the bowl, then pour the red bean in water and the tangerine peel into the bowl. Open the lid and roll it to the crucible with medium heat. Do not totally bloom the red bean, then add rock sugar to cook, then remove the red bean and cool down
Mix the sugar and hot water and let cool
Put 3 tablespoons of red beans on the bottom of the cup, add the appropriate amount of ice, then pour the syrup, and finally add the evaporated milk to 80% of glass
