蜜餞金蠔

材料
蜜糖 6安士
薑汁 少許
新鮮蠔 12隻
玫瑰露 少許
做法
先把蠔洗乾淨再用交剪剪走柱位
用抺手紙印乾,落用玫瑰露、薑汁,備用
落油起鑊,再把蠔煎香至金黃色,起鑊備用
再用中細火落蜜糖,推至起泡
放入蠔兜勻即成
Ingredients
6 oz Honey
Pinch Ginger juice
12 Fresh Oyster
Pinch Mei Kuei Lu Chiew (Chinese Rose Wine)
Steps
Rinse the oysters thoroughly, cut away the scallop part
Dry the oysters using kitchen tissue, add Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, ginger juice. Mix well and set aside
Heat a wok with some oil, pan fry the oyster until golden brown color, set aside
Heat some honey with small medium heat, stir honey until bubbles come out
Put back oysters into the wok, mix well with honey and ready to serve
