芒果糯米糍 Mango Glutinous Rice Dumplings (Mango Mochi)



糯米粉 150克

粘米粉 35克

糖 70克

鮮奶 110克

椰漿 80克

清水 70毫升

芒果 1個

糕粉 50克 (已炒熟之糯米粉)

  1. 分別混合糯米粉,粘米粉,砂糖 / 鮮奶,椰漿,清水

  2. 將液體分兩次混入糯米粉粘米粉砂糖內

  3. 放入盤中滾水蒸15分鐘

  4. 白鑊放糯米粉炒熟,約15分鐘

  5. 取出拌勻,用保鮮紙包起待暖后放入芒果肉包起

  6. 面抹上糕粉


150g Glutinous Rice Flour

25g Rice Flour

70g Sugar

110g Milk

80g Coconut Milk

70g Water

1pc Mango

50g Cooked Glutinous Rice Flour

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour and sugar in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix milk, coconut milk and water until well combined

  2. Divide the liquid into two times, pour into the flour mixture. Mix well

  3. Place into a large bowl and steam for 15 minutes

  4. Fry 50g of Glutinous Rice Flour in a wok for 15 minutes

  5. Take out the step 3 mixture and form a dough, wrap the dough with plastic wrapper until room temperature. You can take a small ball from the dough and wrap mango fillings into it

  6. Finally coat the sticky rice balls with good glutinous rice flour
