豉油王炒麵 Soy Sauce Fried Noodles



鹽 1/2茶匙

生麵 1個

老抽 1½湯匙

芽菜 適量

蔥段 適量

  1. 在滾水中加1/2茶匙鹽,把麵煮3分鐘

  2. 把麵撈起,用濕的廚紙蓋住

  3. 放油起鑊,把麵略炒,加入老抽,芽菜和蔥段略炒便可上碟


1/2 tsp Salt

1 Noodle

1½ tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

Some Sprouts

Some Scallion

  1. Add 1/2 teaspoons salt to boiling water and cook the noodles for 3 minutes

  2. Lift the noodles and cover them with wet kitchen paper

  3. Add oil and stir-fry, stir-fry the noodles, add the old soy sauce, and stir-fry the sprouts and shallots
