苦瓜炒蛋 Stir-fry Bitter Gourd With Egg

材料
苦瓜 120克
雞蛋 3隻
鹽 2茶匙
油 3湯匙
調味料
鹽 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/8茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
做法
先將苦瓜切薄片,再落2茶匙鹽減少苦味,靜待10分鐘
10分鐘後用水清洗苦瓜,瀝乾
把蛋,調味料和苦瓜混合成蛋漿
開火,落油燒熱後,轉中火,把蛋漿倒入鍋炒熟,完成

3 Eggs
2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Oil
Seasoning
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Steps
Slice the bitter gourd first, then add 2 teaspoons of salt to reduce the bitterness. Leave the bitter gourd aside for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, wash and drain the bitter gourd
Beat the eggs a bit and mix with seasoning and bitter gourd
Heat up a pan and when it becomes very hot, add the oil and turn to medium heat,pour the mixtures into the pan and stir-fry until its well cooked
