合桃糊 Walnut Sweet Soup

材料
合桃 80克(已焗)
清水 600毫升
片糖 60克(黃糖亦可)
粘米粉漿
粘米粉 2湯匙
清水 3湯匙
做法
先將合桃和300毫升清水放入攪拌機攪碎
取出後混合餘下的300毫升清水,之後隔渣
將隔完渣的合桃漿倒入煲,用中火煮至滾起,放入片糖煮溶,再加入粘米粉漿煮至稠便成

60g Brown Sugar
Rice Flour Paste
2 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Water
Steps
Put the walnut and 300 ml of water into the blender to blend
Remove and mix with the remaining 300 ml of water and filter
Pour the filtered paste into a clay pot, cook over medium heat until boiled, add pieces of brown sugar to cook, and add the rice flour to cook and serve
