黑芝麻糊 Black Sesame Paste

材料
黑芝麻 70克
白芝麻 20克
清水 600毫升
冰糖 60克
粘米粉漿
粘米粉 2湯匙
清水 3湯匙
做法
先將黑芝麻和白芝麻分開用清水洗乾淨,再用過濾網隔開清水
接著把還未乾透的黑芝麻下鍋乾炒,開始時先用大火,隨著水份減少就轉至中火。當炒至有彈跳聲時,加入白芝麻再炒,直至見到白芝麻變為金黃色就取出放涼 (加入白芝麻的目的是能夠更方便掌握炒黑芝麻的情況)
然後將放涼了的黑白芝麻連同300毫升清水放入攪拌機攪碎,取出後再混合餘下的300毫升清水,之後隔渣
將隔完渣的芝麻漿倒入煲,用中火煮至滾起,放入冰糖煮溶,再加入粘米粉漿煮至稠便成

60g Rock Sugar
Rice Flour Paste
2 tbsp Rice Flour
3 tbsp Water
Steps
Wash the black sesame and white sesame separately with water, then filter out the water
Then fry the black sesame with a high heat and turn to medium heat as the water is reduced. When frying to a bouncing sound, add white sesame and stir-fry until you see the white sesame turn golden yellow. Then take off and let cool
Then put the black and white sesame together with 300 ml of water into a blender and blend it, and then take out the mixture and add the remaining 300 ml of water. And then sieve out the sesame paste
Pour the sesame paste into a pot, boil it on medium heat until it is boiled, add the rock sugar, and add the rice flour paste to cook until thick
