鮮魷芥末籽沙律 Squid salad with wholegrain mustard dressing

材料
糖 1½湯匙
醋 4湯匙
鮮鱿 600克
洋蔥 1/4個
魚露 1湯匙
紫洋蔥 1/4個
黑胡椒 少量
金不換 少量
芥茉籽醬 1湯匙
做法
先將魷魚切件,㷛滾水後熄火,放魷魚落水,一圈起即取出
將洋蔥、紫洋蔥、芥末籽醬、魚露、糖、醋和黑胡椒撈均後再放回魷魚再撈,上碟前放金不換便成
Ingredients
1½ tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Vinegar
600g Squids
1/4 Onion
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/4 Purple Onion
Pinch Black Pepper
Pinch Thai Basil
1 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard Dressing
Steps
Cut the squids into pieces. Bring a pot of water to the boil, remove from stove. Put the squid into the water, take out immediately after few seconds
Mix the squid with onion, purple onion, wholegrain mustard dressing, fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, black pepper. Top with thai basil and ready to serve
