雲上的月光 Moonlight in clouds

材料

鹽 少量

蛋白 1隻

蛋黃 1隻

煙肉 少量

黑胡椒 少量

芝士碎 少量

做法

1. 將鹽加入蛋白，再用攪拌機打起蛋白

2. 放上焗盆，將蛋白鋪平，加上煙肉、芝士，放進預熱焗爐140度焗6分鐘，再將蛋黃放上面焗5分鐘即可，食前可加上少許黑胡椒

Pinch Shredded Cheese

Steps

1. Add the salt to the egg white and use the mixer to beat it until stiff peaks form

2. Preheat the oven to 140°C. Spread the beaten egg white evenly in the baking tin, add some bacon and cheese and bake it for 6 minutes

3. Place the egg yolk on top and bake again for 5 minutes

4. Add some black pepper and ready to serve
