豚肉生薑燒 Ginger Pork (Shogayaki)



酒 1湯匙

薑汁 1湯匙

橄欖油 2湯匙

沙律菜 適量

豚肉片 200克

日本燒汁 3湯匙

  1. 將燒汁混合薑汁及酒,放豚肉醃10分鐘

  2. 用中火,放油,下豚肉煎至熟,即成


1 tbsp Sake

3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Pinch Salad Greens

200g Sliced Pork

1 tbsp Ginger Ale

  1. Mix the teriyaki sauce, sake and ginger in a bowl. Add the sliced pork to the bowl, mix all the ingredients together well and let them marinade for about 10 minutes

  2. Turn the heat to medium and start heating up olive oil, add the pork to the pan and sauté until the meat has cooked through. Serve with salad greens
