蒜泥白肉 Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce
材料
豬肉片 300克
青瓜 1條
醬料
蒜頭 1個 (切蓉)
鎮江醋 3湯匙
豆瓣醬 1½湯匙
麻油 1湯匙
花雕 1湯匙
辣椒油 1茶匙
砂糖 1湯匙
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 2茶匙
做法
先將所有醬料(蒜蓉除外)拌勻,再加入蒜蓉調和成醬汁備用
將青瓜削成長薄片,備用
豬肉片灼熟,然後攤涼備用
將豬肉片和青瓜片相隔排放,淋上醬汁,完成
Ingredients
300g Pork Slices
1 Cucumber
Sauce
1 Garlic (Chopped & Grated)
3 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinegar
1½ tbsp Bean Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1 tsp Chili Oil
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Steps
Mix all the sauce ingredients (except garlic) first, then add the grated garlic and mix it into a sauce
Cut the cucumber into thin slices for later use
Boil and cook the pork slices and then cool down
Put the pork slices and cucumber slices side by side, topped with sauce, and finish
