花生糙米奶漿 Peanut Brown Rice Sweet Soup


材料 (2人份量)

糙米 80克

炒熟去皮花生 40克

冰糖 40克

水 600毫升

  1. 將糙米浸水5小時

  2. 將糙米,花生,600毫升水放入攪拌機攪成糊狀

  3. 將米漿倒入鍋內,用中火煮約10分鐘,放糖,煮溶即可
