肉鬆壽司 Pork Floss Sushi

材料(兩條份量)
日本米飯 2飯碗
壽司醋 2茶匙
砂糖 1½茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
肉鬆 4克
急凍蟹柳 2條
青瓜 40克
甘筍 40克
日本酸蘿蔔 40克
生菜 2塊
海苔 2張
做法
先將鹽,糖,壽司醋,撈勻加入日本飯內
將青瓜,日本酸蘿蔔,切粗條,甘筍切幼條
預備壽司竹卷,將海苔方上面,飯鋪平放置3/4面積上
平均舖上以上食材,捲起切件,完成
Ingredients (2 Severings)
2 bowl Sushi Rice
2 tsp Sushi Vinegar
1½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
4g Pork Floss
2 sticks Crab Stick
40g Cucumber
40g Carrot
40g Pickled Radish
2pcs Lettuce
2pcs Seaweed
Steps
First mix the salt, sugar and sushi vinegar, and then add it to sushi rice
Cut the cucumber and pickled radish into thick strips and the carrot, cut thin strips
Prepare a bamboo mat and place the seaweed on top. Spread evenly with the rice, over about 3/4 of the seaweed
Spread the rest ingredients evenly then roll up and cut into pieces
