糙米漢堡 Brown Rice Burger Steak



糙米 400克

水 250毫升

油 1茶匙

紅蘿蔔粒 50克

洋蔥粒 30克

生抽 25克

乾香草 1茶匙

橄欖油 1湯匙

紅菜頭汁 30克

鹽 1/2茶匙

胡椒粉 1/2茶匙

  1. 將糙米煮熟,備用

  2. 在鑊加1茶匙油,把紅蘿蔔和洋蔥用中火炒至乾身,取出備用

  3. 把所有醬料加入糙米中,再加入已炒好的蔬菜,用攪拌機攪至半碎

  4. 把糙米搓成漢堡排

  5. 把漢堡排放進預熱180°C的焗爐焗10分鐘,翻轉漢堡排再焗5分鐘,完成


400g Brown Rice

250 ml Water

1 tsp Oil

50g Diced Carrots

30g Diced Onions

25g Soy Sauce

1 tsp Dried Herbs

1 tbsp Olive Oil

30g Beetroot Juice

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper Powder

  1. Cook the brown rice and put aside

  2. Put 1 tsp oil into a wok, stir fry carrots and onions to a bit dry, put aside

  3. Put all other sauces into brown rice, add the stir fried carrots and onions, mix well and blend a short while

  4. Place the brown rice mixture on your hands, make sure it is dense and thick, form the rice into a burger steak

  5. Preheat oven to 180°C. Put the burger steak in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then flip the burger steak and bake for 5 more minutes. Ready to serve
