節瓜瑤柱西施骨湯 Hairy Gourds and Dried Scallop Soup



薑 1片

水 8飯碗

鹽 1/4茶匙

節瓜 2個

西施骨 1條 (約800克)

瑤柱約 10粒 (細粒或碎均可)

  1. 將西施骨飛水,洗去血水

  2. 先將水滾起,後將所有材料放入鍋內,冚蓋後轉大火,滾起後轉中火,约㷛1.5小時,加鹽便成


1 slide Ginger

8 bowl Water

1/4 tsp Salt

2 Hairy gourds

800g Pork/Blade roast

10 pcs Dried scallop

  1. Put the pork into a cold water and bring it to boil to remove dirt and blood

  2. In another pot, boils the water and put in all the ingredients. Cover the lid and turn the heat to high until boils again. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 1.5 hours. Season with salt and ready to serve
