焗薯片 Baked Potato Chips

材料
薯仔 1個
黄薑粉 少量
椒鹽黑芝麻 少量
迷迭香 少量
紫蘇蒜鹽 少量
橄欖油 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
水 半湯碗
做法
將薯仔切片,放入已加鹽的清水內洗淨
抹乾水份,放烤盆上,塗上少量橄欖油,再加上不同的調味粉
預熱焗爐至180°, 放入薯片焗12分鐘,反轉薯片再焗8分鐘至薄片便成
Ingredients
1 pc Potato
Pinch Turmeric powder
Pinch Salt and pepper with black seasame
Pinch Rosemary
Pinch Salt and pepper with basil
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 bowl Water
Steps
Chop the potato in thin slices, clean with salt water
Drain the potato slices and place onto a tray. Season with olive oil and seasoning powder
Preheat oven to 180°, bake for 12 mins. Take out the potato chips and flip over the other side, bake for another 8 mins. Ready to serve
