火腿粟米蛋炒飯 Fried Rice with Ham and Corn
材料
火腿 3湯匙
粟米 3湯匙
冷飯 2碗
雞蛋 1隻
蔥花 1湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
油 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
做法
將鑊燒紅,不用加油,放火腿和粟米,略炒至有香味取出
將鑊燒紅,放油,再放冷飯,如認為冷飯太硬,可加1湯匙水炒開
落鹽,糖,炒勻後,再落蛋,炒勻後再加火腿和粟米,蔥粒略炒上碟
Ingredients
3 tbsp Ham
3 tbsp Corn
2 bowls Cold Rice
1 pc Egg
1 tbsp Green Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
Steps
Heat the frying wok without adding oil, put ham and corn, stir fry until scented
Put the oil into the wok and then add the cold rice. If the cold rice is too hard, add 1 tablespoon of water to stir-fry
Fall salt, sugar, stir well, then drop the eggs, stir well again. Last step is to add ham, corn and scallion to stir fry
