港式炒蛋 Hong Kong Style Scrambled Egg
材料
雞蛋 2隻
鹽 1/4茶匙
鮮奶 1湯匙
油 1湯匙
黑胡椒 適量
做法
先將雞蛋放入碗中,加入鹽及鮮奶後打發備用
之後開火,燒紅平底鑊後落油,加入蛋漿,約每5秒快炒至差不多乾身後就上碟
落適量黑胡椒便成

1 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Oil
Pinch Black Pepper Powder
Steps
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and milk, mix until blended
Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat, pour in the egg mixture, stir vigorously every 5 seconds until it almost dries, transfer to a plate
Add some black pepper to taste. Ready to serve
