涼拌芝麻醬新豬肉豆腐 Omnipork Tofu Salad with Seasame Sauce
材料
新豬肉 80克
豆腐 1盒
青瓜 50克
蔥粒 1湯匙
麵豉醬 1/2湯匙
油1 湯匙
糖 1/2茶匙
芝麻醬 5湯匙
水 1湯匙
做法
開鑊落油,放入新豬肉略炒,放入麵豉醬及糖炒至乾身取出備用
將豆腐切件,放碟中
將青瓜切絲,放豆腐旁邊
放上新豬肉於豆腐面
放上葱粒,淋上芝麻醬便成
Ingredients
80g Omnipork
1 box Tofu
50g Cucumber
1 tbsp Shallot
1/2 tbsp Miso Sauce
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Sugar
5 tbsp Sesame Sauce
1 tbsp Water
Steps
Cook the oil, stir fry the Omnipork, add the Miso sauce and sugar until the ingredients turn dry. Take it out
Cut the tofu into a dish
Cut the cucumber and put it next to the tofu
Put Omnipork on the top of tofu
Put the shallot and topped with sesame sauce
