洋蔥豬扒 Braised Pork Chops with Onion
材料
豬扒 1斤(約4塊)
洋蔥 半個
油 2湯匙
水 250毫升
鹽 1茶匙
砂糖 3茶匙
喼汁 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
生粉 2茶匙(加3茶匙水)
蔬果汁
雜菜 300克(任何蔬果都可以)
水 300毫升
醃料(豬扒)
砂糖 1茶匙
鹽 1荼匙
麵粉 5茶匙
雞蛋 1隻
做法
先將洋蔥切絲
用槌把豬扒兩邊拍鬆,然後用刀背在兩邊中間壓2節刀痕
將雜菜切粒後放入攪拌機,加水攪碎,之後隔渣
把豬扒放入蔬果汁內浸15分鐘後取出
豬扒用砂糖、鹽、麵粉、雞蛋拌勻後醃1小時
預熱平底鍋後加油,放入豬扒,把豬扒煎熟後取出備用
將鑊預熱後加油,放入洋蔥絲,炒香後加水
之後放入鹽、砂糖、喼汁、老抽
再放入豬扒,用生粉開水打獻,炒勻後上碟,完成
Ingredients
4 pcs Pork Chops
1/2 pcs Onion
2 tbsp Oil
250 ml Water
1 tsp Salt
3 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
2 tsp Corn Flour(with 2 tsp water)
Mixed Vegetable Juice
300g Mixed Vegetables
300 ml Water
Seasoning(Pork Chops)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
5 tsp Flour
1 Egg
Steps
Chop the onions into strips
Pound each pork chop on both sides with meat mallet
Chop the vegetables into pieces and blend in a mixer with water, drain off the liquid
Soak the pork chops into the vegetable juice for 15 mins
Mix sugar, salt, flour and egg well, add in the pork chops and marinate for an hour
Pre-heat a pan, add some oil and pan fry the pork chops until golden brown. Take out the pork chops
Add some oil into a pan, put in the onion strips, stir fry until smell come out then add some water
Put some salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, dark soy sauce
Put in the pork chops, add the corn flour water to add thickness to the sauce, stir well and ready to serve
