柚子雞翼 Yuzu Honey Chicken Wings

材料
雞翼 1斤
燒酒 3茶匙
柚子蜜 2湯匙
醃料
鹽 1½茶匙
糖 1茶匙
酒 1茶匙
水 2湯匙
麵粉 5茶匙
雞蛋 1/2隻
做法
雞翼解凍,用鹽水浸大約10分鐘後清洗,抹乾,加上醃料撈匀待2小時
把雞翼的背面放上焗盤上
以180度先焗約7分鐘
將三茶匙燒酒放進二湯匙柚子醬,備用。
待雞翼呈半熟狀態,把雞翼捧出來,翻轉雞翼,塗上柚子醬汁,再入焗爐約七分鐘至表面金黃色,柚子變得乾身,就完成了
Ingredients
600g Chicken Wings
3 tsp Soju
2 tbsp Yuzu Honey
Seasoning
1½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp wine
2 Tbsp Water
5 tsp Flour
1/2 Egg
Steps
Thaw out the chicken wings, soak them in a bowl of salted water for 10 mins and rinse the chicken wings. Drain them and add all seasonings, rest for 2 hours
Place them onto a baking tray with back of chicken wings facing down
Bake for 7 mins at 180°C
Mix Joju with Yuzu honey and set aside
Take out the chicken wings from the oven, grease them with the Yuzu sauce and put back to the oven and bake for another 7 minutes until golden. Ready to serve
