日式南瓜件 Japanese Simmered Squash

材料
日本南瓜 800克
糖 2湯匙
醬油 2湯匙
水 400毫升
做法
先將南瓜去部分皮,後切件
將南瓜、水、糖、醬油全放湯內
先開大火,滾起後改中火約煮20分鐘至軟身便成
唔想睇文字咁悶,直接【去片】啦
Ingredients
800g Japan pumpkin
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
400 ml Water
Steps
Peel some but not all the pumpkin skin, cut into think wedges
Put all the ingredients into a pot
Use high heat until boils, then reduce heat to medium, and cook for 20 minutes until pumpkin soften. Turn the heat to high again to reduce the broth a little
