拿坡里意粉 Spaghetti Neapolitan

材料
意粉 100克
煙肉 50克
火腿 50克
磨菇 30克
鹽 1茶匙
蒜頭 2瓣
洋蔥 半個
橄欖油 3湯匙
茄汁 6湯匙
茄膏 2湯匙
芝士 適量
做法
先落橄欖油,將煙肉粒、火腿粒炒香,盛起備用
煲一鍋水,沸騰後落鹽,加入意粉,大火煮5分鐘
先落橄欖油,放入蒜片,煎至金黃,再放洋蔥粒炒至軟身
再加入磨菇,炒過的煙肉粒、火腿粒
加入茄汁,茄膏炒香,然後放入意粉炒均,加入芝士,完成
Ingredients
100g Spaghetti
50g Bacon
50g Ham
30g Mushroom
1 tsp Salt
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Onion
3 tbsp Olive Oil
6 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
Pinch Cheese(Shredded)
Steps
First, add the olive oil, bacon and ham. Stir fry them and put aside for later use
Boil a pot of water and add salt after boiling. Add spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes on high heat
Add the olive oil and garlic slices, stir fry until golden color. Then add the onion and stir fry to become soft
Add mushrooms, the fried bacon and ham
Add the tomato sauce and paste. Stir-fry the tomato sauce, then add the spaghetti and mix well. Add the shredded cheese. Finish
