抹茶曲奇 Matcha Cookies

材料
鹽 3克
糖粉 100克
豆漿 50克
腰果 100克
抹茶粉 5克
素食奶油 125克
低筋麵粉 200克
做法
將低筋麵粉、糖粉、抹茶粉倒入大碗,然後篩粉
之後將腰果弄成碎粒備用
在已篩過的粉加入豆漿、素食奶油,搓成球體
加入腰果,之後搓成條狀,放入雪櫃1小時
雪櫃取出後切成一塊塊,將焗爐預熱200℃,放入後焗12分鐘

3g Salt
100g Powdered Sugar
50g Soy Milk
100g Cashew Nuts
5g Matcha Powder
125g Vegan Margarine
200g Low Gluten Flour
Steps
Combine low gluten flour, powdered sugar and matcha powder in a large bowl. Sift the flour mixture
Crumb the cashew nuts into small pieces. Set aside
Add soy milk and vegan margarine into the flour mixture, mix well and make into ball shape
Fold in the cashew nuts and make into a strip shape. Put into the fridge for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 200℃. Take out from the fridge and cut the dough into pieces. Bake for 12 minutes and ready to serve
