勝瓜蝦乾魚蛋雲耳湯飯 Loofah, Dried Shrimp, Fishball and Black Fungus Rice in Soup

勝瓜 200克
蝦乾 40克
魚蛋 8粒
鹽 1/4茶匙
砂糖 1/2茶匙
水 800毫升
白飯 1½碗
芫荽 1棵
做法
先將𧎚乾浸於水內30分鐘,取出備用
將勝瓜、魚蛋、芫荽切細
將800毫升水放入煲內煮滾,先放蝦乾煮15分鐘,再放入勝瓜、魚蛋、砂糖和鹽煮3分鐘,再放入白飯煮1分鐘
最後放上芫荽便成

200g Loofah
40g Dried Shrimp
8 pcs Fishball
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
800 ml Water
1½ bowl White Rice
1 Cilantro
Steps
Dip the dried shrimp in the water for 30 minutes and take it out
Cut the loofah, fishball and cilantro
Put 800 liters of water into the cooker and boil, first put the dried shrimp and cook for 15 minutes, then add the loofah, fishball, sugar and salt for 3 minutes, then add the rice to cook for 1 more minute.
Finally put cilantro into the soup
