冬瓜薏米西施骨湯 Pork Shoulder Soup with Winter Melon and Semen Coicis



西施骨 500克

冬瓜 1300克

薏米 30克

陳皮 1角

水 6碗

鹽 少許

  1. 陳皮用水浸軟,刮瓤洗淨

  2. 薏米用水洗淨,隔水備用

  3. 冬瓜洗凈,連皮切塊

  4. 西施骨洗淨後汆水,撈起沖洗乾淨

  5. 煲滾6碗清水,放入全部材料,慢火煲約兩小時,調味飲用


500g Pork Shoulder

1300g Winter Melon

30g Semen Coicis

1pc Tangerine Peel (Small Piece)

6 cups Water

Pinch Salt

  1. Soak the tangerine peel until soft, use a fruit knife to gently scrap off the white pith and rinse

  2. Rinse the semen coicis, drain it

  3. Rinse the winter melon, chop into pieces (keep the skin)

  4. Rinse the pork shoulder, put into hot boiling water for a while, remove from water and rinse it

  5. Bring 6 cups of water to boil, put in all ingredients, boil over slow heat for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. Serve and enjoy
