伯爵茶烤春雞 Roast Spring Chicken by Earl Grey Tea
材料
春雞 1隻
伯爵茶葉 6克
鹽 3茶匙
黑糖 3湯匙
米酒 2湯匙
日本醬油 1湯匙
熱水 300毫升
做法
把伯爵茶葉用300毫升熱開水泡開
接著把全部調味料放入密封袋
把春雞放入密封袋裡,空氣擠出密封袋後放入冰箱冷藏醃2小時入味(也可前一晚醃好放入冰箱)
取出擦乾後風乾
選擇健康減油蒸烤 Healthy Steam,以190度預熱焗爐
預熱後把春雞焗25分鐘(雞放網架,網架放在金屬盤上),完成
Ingredients
1pc Spring Chicken
6g Earl Grey Tea
3 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Rice Wine
1 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
300ml Hot Water
Steps
Brew the Earl Grey tea with hot water
Put all the seasonings into a sealed bag
Then put the chicken into the sealed bag, squeeze the air out and put into the fridge to marinate for 2 hours (or leave inside the fridge overnight)
Take out the chicken, wipe it and let it dry
Select the Healthy Stream mode, pre-heat oven to 190C
Bake the chicken for 25 mins (put the chicken onto a rack, the rack on a steel plate). Read to serve
